Media Memories

I have enjoyed many comic conventions over the years meeting collectors, dealers and artists cultivating lasting friendships and professional connections.. Great beginnings at Sotheby’s (first comic book auction, 1991) working with Jerry Weist exposed me to the serious side of comics and comic art collecting. Meeting creators like Kevin Eastman (co-creator of TMNT) in 1991, Carmine Infantino in 2008, pivotal artist of Silver Age of comics and Jim Steranko (innovative artist and storyteller) showcases the enduring appeal of these events. Thank you to all of you who have enriched my life and regard me as a true professional and friend. You continue to contribute the knowledge and passion that drives this great hobby today.
